EduTrust (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing transparent and fair payment and refund practices. This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments and refunds for products and services ordered from us. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1.1. Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: We require a payment of 50% of the total order or the full amount at the time of placing the order.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining 50% (or full amount if paid upfront) is due upon delivery of the products or services.

1.2. Ownership of Products

  • All products remain the property of EduTrust until full payment has been received. We reserve the right to retain ownership and refuse delivery until payment in full is made.

2.1. Physical Items

  • Non-Refundable: We do not offer refunds for physical items including but not limited to interactive panels, cameras, PCs, lighting equipment, and similar products.
  • Faulty Items: If a physical item is found to be faulty, we will assess the situation based on our warranty and support policies. Faulty items may be repaired or replaced at our discretion. The decision to repair or replace is solely at EduTrust’s discretion.

2.2. Software Purchases

  • Refund Eligibility: Software purchases may be eligible for a refund. Refund requests will be considered based on the nature of the software and our refund policy for software products.
  • Refund Process: To request a refund for software, please contact us at support@edutrust.org.in with details of your purchase. We will review your request and determine eligibility based on our refund criteria and any applicable terms of service.
